Paint
Vallejo Model Color - (including Panzer Aces)
In my opinion Vallejo makes one of the best paints for brushing. This is an acrylic paint that comes in a little 17ml eye-dropper bottle and it comes in tons of colours. The paint goes on well, covers good, and cleans up with water.
Vallejo Model Air
This is a paint, while it has been around for a bit, I have recently started to like. There is a good range of colours, and it is growing. The paint is pre-thinned for airbrush applying, but can still be thinned a little more if desired, but I highly recommend you use the Vallejo Airbrush Thinner.
Tamiya Acrylic
I still find one of the best paints to airbrush with constant good results is Tamiya. The one draw back is the lack of good colour, meaning to get required colours some mixing is required.
True Earth Weathering Products
While not really a paint, it is can be part of the painting process. True Earth produces a good assortment of filters and washes to help achieve a great weathered finish everytime. From paint alteration to rust, dirt to oil, they have it covered, plus a couple of other cool effects. Check it out here.
Glue
Tamiya Liquid CementI am a fan of Tamiya cement, not sure why, but I am comfortable with it, and have always had good results. One thing I do a little different is I do use their Extra Thin, but for quick spot gluing, I keep a bottle of Tamiya regular consistency mixed 50/50 with Extra Thin handy. I find the mix just the perfect consistency for small parts and spot gluing.
